For Us
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Jesus. We don’t understand the magnitude of that gift. Thank You for giving so freely. Please help us to see Your great gift in the way You intend instead of looking through the lens of our own selfishness. We need Your help.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.
Freedom
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the freedom many in the world enjoy. I know there are many who do not have those freedoms. Thank You for the examples of those who live the freedom the Spirit gives. Please help the persecuted to persevere through the difficulties. Please help those of us who do not face persecutuion to persevere as we should. Your way is the only way to enjoy freedom.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.
Sufficient
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us about the power of Christ. Please help us to remember the sufficiency of Your grace. We don’t like our weaknesses and need frequent reminders.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.
Kind Love
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You again for the instructions You give. Please help us to have the appropriate love for one another. Please help us to be diligent servants. Seeing the fruits of joy and patience as we continue in prayer. Please help us to see the needs of the saints and be hospitable.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.

An Answer
Dear Heavenly Father, please help those of us who know Jesus as personal Savior to be ready to give an answer to those who ask. Thank You for the hope You give. We are so blessed.

God’s Provision
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the description of how You provide for the birds. Thank You for telling us that we are more valuable than the birds. Please remind us of the many ways You have provided. We forget too easily.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.
