Sadly, we live in a world of people who often put themselves first. Instead of being aware of others needs, we want to tell others how to meet our needs. The Bible reminds us that we need to show humility and consider others to be more important. 

I hope 2020 is teaching us to seek the truth from God’s Word and find ways to “count others more significant.”  God’s way is always best.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the example of Jesus Christ counting us more significant by His death on the cross.  Please help us to follow His example and look for ways to help others according to the truth of Your Word.

I pray this in Jesus’ name.
