The Oppressed Rejoice

Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us a hope that “does not disappoint”. We struggle with the challenges of life and need Your love. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. We do not comprehend how wonderful the presence of the Holy Spirit is. I praise You!
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You that you want us to seek You. Those who seek You are blessed by the rewards You give. Please help us to continue to seek You. We are prone to falter or look to our own strength. There is no joy there. As we seek You, Your name will be honored and glorified. What great joy!
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You “that Christ died for all”. I am convinced we don’t fully know what that means. Please help us to live for Jesus Christ and not ourselves. We are learning how wonderful living for the Christ really is.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the hope You have given in the Bible. Please help us to follow the instructions You give to receive the encouragement You promised. Please guide us to a unity that is “in accordance with Christ.” We need Your help. You deserve the glory.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You that Jesus endured the cross as an example of how we should endure. Please help us to look at the good examples You have provided and get rid of what distracts us from running the race You set for us. Please help us to look at Jesus continually.
I pray this in Jesus’ name.
God is so good.
